Scarlet Macaw

This painting was inspired by the artist, Jack Vanzet. He does a lot of abstract artwork that is colorful and breathtaking. Something I adore about abstract work is the ability to see many different things in one image, so this time around I wanted to reflect and create what I saw when looking at one of Vanzet's pieces. The colors reminded me of a Scarlet Macaw so I decided to name this painting after the bird.
